Cookie Policy

This policy explains how this Omnipanel landing page uses cookies and similar storage technologies, and how you can control optional analytics.

Last updated 2 September 2026

Overview

Cookies and similar technologies can store or access information on your device. Under UK PECR and related privacy rules, non-essential cookies require clear information and a real choice.

This site uses essential storage for preferences and optional PostHog analytics storage only after you consent. If you choose Continue Cookieless, limited PostHog and Vercel audience measurement continues without analytics cookies or persistent analytics identifiers. You can object to all analytics through Customize or Cookie Settings. The Cal.com booking interface loads only when you choose to book a call. We currently do not use advertising or retargeting cookies on this landing page.

For personal data handling details, read our Privacy Policy.

What We Use

Essential

Required for site preferences, theme settings, and consent storage. These cannot be disabled through our preference center.

Cookieless Measurement

Limited PostHog page and conversion measurement plus aggregate Vercel Web Analytics, without analytics cookies or persistent analytics identifiers. This can be turned off in Cookie Settings.

Analytics Storage

Optional first-party PostHog analytics storage used only after consent. Do Not Track keeps all analytics disabled.

Booking

Cal.com loads only after you select the booking path and may use functional technologies needed to complete an appointment.

Essential Storage

Essential storage keeps the site usable and remembers choices you have made. It is limited to what the public site needs to function.

NamePurposeDuration
omnipanel-cookie-consentStores your cookie preference categories and policy version.Up to 180 days.
omnipanel-posthog-consentKeeps PostHog aligned with your saved analytics choice.Until your choice changes or browser storage is cleared.
themeStores your light/dark theme preference when changed.Until changed or cleared in your browser.
csrf_tokenHTTP-only security cookie used to validate and protect enquiry-form submissions.1 hour.

PostHog Analytics

PostHog receives no analytics events while your banner choice is pending. Continue Cookieless enables limited page-view and specific conversion measurement in PostHog's EU server-hash mode. This mode uses no analytics cookies or persistent analytics identifiers. Standard campaign parameters from tagged links, such as source, medium, campaign, term, and content, may be recorded for attribution; other URL query parameters are removed before events are sent. The server derives a rotating identifier from the project, hostname, IP address, user agent, and a daily salt, then deletes the salt and strips the IP address from the event.

If you select Accept All, PostHog may use first-party analytics storage. We disable autocapture, person profiles, performance capture, session replay, surveys, and feature flags in both modes. The following storage applies only after you accept analytics:

NameProviderPurposeDuration
ph_*PostHogAnalytics persistence after consent.Usually up to 1 year, depending on PostHog settings.
phc_*PostHogSession and analytics identifiers after consent.Usually up to 1 year, depending on PostHog settings.

Withdrawing analytics-storage consent returns PostHog to cookieless measurement. To stop PostHog and Vercel analytics completely, turn off Audience Measurement. We then block analytics events and clear accessible PostHog analytics storage where possible.

Vercel Web Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics is mounted for aggregated page analytics. Vercel documents this product as cookie-free and based on a privacy-preserving daily hash rather than persistent third-party cookies. This site also removes query strings from events before they are sent. Vercel events are also blocked when you turn off Audience Measurement or enable Do Not Track.

Read Vercel's Web Analytics privacy information here.

Embedded Booking

The embedded Cal.com booking interface loads only after you select the Book a call path. Cal.com may then use cookies or similar technologies needed to display availability, remember booking progress, prevent misuse, and complete the appointment.

We show a notice and links to Cal.com's Terms and Privacy Policy with the booking interface. Information typed into the enquiry form is not sent to Cal.com unless you choose the booking path.

Manage Preferences

You can withdraw analytics-storage consent or object to all cookieless audience measurement at any time. The same preference center is available from the footer on every page.

Browser Settings

You can also manage or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking all storage may limit preference features.

Changes

If our cookie categories, analytics tools, or purposes change, we will update this policy and may reset the consent version so visitors are asked again.
