Pricing

Tailored operational software, priced around the work involved

We price one-time implementation around the workflow, data, and integrations involved. Every live deployment also requires a continuity plan covering hosted access and the level of support needed after launch.

Transparent pricing

Understand the first workflow before development begins

We explain what can be priced after the free discovery conversation, when a paid workflow assessment is needed, and what will affect the implementation cost.

Step 01 · Discovery conversation

Complimentary

We discuss the problem at a high level, define the outcome you need, and assess whether Omnipanel is the right route to building it.

You receive a proposal or we recommend further assessment.

Step 02 · Assessment if needed

From£1,250

If the process, data, or integrations need closer review, we assess them before defining the implementation scope and price.

Assessment fee credited against a module commissioned within 30 days.

Step 03 · Module implementation

From£5,000

A module covers one contained workflow. The rules, data, integrations, and delivery requirements determine its final implementation price.

Most initial implementations fall between £8,000 and £15,000.

Module implementation

The fee covers the work needed to put one workflow into use

We agree the scope before development begins. The implementation price reflects what must be designed, connected, tested, and launched for that workflow.

What is included

  • Workflow, solution, and interface design
  • Module rules, roles, and permissions
  • Data mapping and system integrations
  • Testing, deployment, and onboarding

What changes the price

  • Systems, suppliers, vendors, and teams
  • Data quality and migration needs
  • Exception and approval rules
  • Processing volume and delivery risk

Continuity plans

Keep the software supported at the level the operation requires

Every deployment includes ongoing technical management from the team that built it, so you do not need a separate internal or external team to maintain the platform.

Tier 01 · Operational Continuity

From£500/ month

  • Hosted platform and managed deployment
  • Monitoring, backups, and security updates
  • Fixes for agreed functionality
  • Business-hours support by ticket
  • Standard response target during business hours
  • Quarterly software health check

For one contained workflow with limited integrations and little ongoing change.

Tier 02 · Managed Operations

From£1,000/ month

  • Everything in Tier 01
  • Active monitoring of integrations and background jobs
  • Faster response target during business hours
  • Monthly support and planning call
  • Tracked issues and improvement priorities
  • Dedicated monthly hours for agreed minor changes

For connected workflows used every day, with integrations or scheduled jobs to monitor.

Tier 03 · Priority Support

From£2,000/ month

  • Everything in Tier 02
  • Priority triage for qualifying critical incidents
  • Priority response target for qualifying critical incidents
  • Reserved monthly development capacity
  • Monthly planning call
  • Quarterly review of relevant automation and AI opportunities

For business-critical software that needs faster support and regular improvements.

Starting prices exclude VAT and usage-based third-party costs. Final pricing depends on workflow complexity, integrations, operational criticality, support responsibility, and included change capacity.

Continuity pricing may be reviewed as additional modules are introduced or as usage, integrations, and support requirements materially change.

Ownership and continuity

Understand the ongoing relationship before commissioning the work

Final ownership, access, support, and transition arrangements are set out in the scoped proposal and service agreement before development begins.
