These terms govern use of the Omnipanel landing page and related enquiries. Separate signed agreements control paid discovery, delivery, licensing, support, and custom deployment work.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Omnipanel public website operated by OMNIFLO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15648891. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Scope

Omnipanel is presented as Omniflo's proprietary software foundation for tailored operational workflows, integrations, dashboards, document processing, and practical AI-enabled tools. This website is intended to explain the offer and support qualified enquiries.

The website does not create a client relationship, statement of work, service level commitment, licence, partnership, or obligation to provide services.

If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will control for the relevant services.

Ownership and licence terms for any client-specific deliverables, custom modules, reusable platform IP, third-party software, and background materials must be agreed in the relevant signed service agreement.
